Data visualization using LEDs and a water curtain projection screen
The team behind the Viz Initiative worked to interpret data from Team Sea Sense’s outputs. They created a 3D-like projection screen that uses mist to display what’s happening underwater along with other relevant videos. LED strips send information through a series of creative light designs and patterns. This visualization attracts people to the BOAT Lab, encourages them to get involved, and empowers them to help make a difference.
