The Inclusive Chiya Pasal (Tea Hall) board game was created to explore Women’s Empowerment in their careers. The idea of women casually gathering after work is not widely accepted in Nepal, even though it is common practice for men to meet in chiya pasals to play games and connect. With this model in mind, the team created a board game based on women’s experiences to encourage women to play, network, and create community with one another. The pieces were 3D printed and designed and fabricated using digital tools.
