“The Loop” is an interactive pop-up installation that aims to disrupt the social norms of a typical Turkish housewife. The installation’s ideal location is in a market and its goal is to help Halime go beyond the bounds of a good wife and mother, so she can access her full potential and play an active role as a citizen. Using motion capture technology, 3D modeling software, holographic projection, and natural language processing, visitors will be able to give Halime commands which trigger 3D videos to play, and make interventions to her routine.
