A moving sound exhibition highlighting the transgender community’s experiences
The Secret Bag is a moving sound exhibition, highlighting the temporary nature of “home” for the transgender community in Kochi. Through multiple discussions and recording sessions, the group collected narratives from this community and projected these recordings from an audio-augmented bag. This bag, a symbol of the secret bag many transgender people have to house the clothing they must conceal from their community, was carried throughout the city to share these stories with the public and spark dialogue.
